extra disk space, etc. Also not included are Domain Parking services and
Domain Registration.
No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellations must be received
in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone requests and e-mail from addresses not
on our records will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by ZeeHosting.com that are in violation of our
Terms of Use
do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Example include accounts
that are cancelled due to customer practicing spamming or found tampering
with server resources; no refunds are issued.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed by us for credit card,
check or money order payments. Additional processing fee may apply to
process wire transfer or TT refunds.
