an existing domain name?
Transferring
your website to ZeeHosting.com can be accomplished in two easy steps:
1) Choose a
Hosting Plan.
Review our selection of hosting plans and options, and choose the plan that
best suits your requirements. Once you have made your selection,
complete our secure online order form. Your details will be
automatically forwarded to our website engineers, who will setup your
required hosting plan.
Shortly afterwards, you will be emailed a
ZeeHosting.com Welcome Kit, which fully details the procedure to upload
your web pages, setup and manage your email accounts, make changes to
your account, and much more. Your website will be setup on our servers
and your Welcome Kit will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing
your order.
2) Edit Your
Domain Name Record.
After placing your order, you will need to
edit your domain name record and 'point' the name to ZeeHosting's
network. You normally do this by visiting the web site of your domain
name registrar and editing your domain name record. Specifically, you
need to change the Domain Name Server (DNS) section of the name record
and update the record so that it matches the information shown below.

Once you have saved your entry, it will take
approximately 24 hours for the change to come into effect. Afterwards,
your domain name will be 'pointing' to ZeeHosting's servers, and you
will be able to access your site with FTP, FrontPage, and your web
browser.

NOTES: As there are over 1000 domain
name registrars worldwide, we cannot provide the exact transfer
procedures for each name registrar. The policies and procedures can be
quite different from registrar to registrar, so you will need to
consult the documentation from your registrar for exact procedures to
transfer your website or edit your domain name record.
It is the responsibility of
the domain name owner to make the DNS changes to the domain name to
'point' to our Name Servers. While we can assist customers who are
having trouble transferring their sites, we do not perform this
service automatically.
